Dream International School (DIS) was born from the vision of young Somali professionals and students who experienced firsthand the gap between traditional education and modern global demands. As proud residents of Mogadishu, we established DIS to ensure that Somali students no longer have to choose between their heritage and international success.

Dream International School (DIS) was born from a powerful question asked by a group of Somali students and young professionals: “Why can’t Somali youth have it all?”
Having experienced firsthand the gap between traditional education and modern global demands, we established DIS as a solution for the next generation. As proud residents of Mogadishu, we are investing in a school that celebrates our heritage, deepens our faith, and achieves international excellence. DIS is a school designed by the young, for all generations—opening its doors in January 2026.
